I'm new to here - how would you enter something you made at home in the nutrition tracker? I threw together some chicken, onion, green pepper, carrot, Uncle Ben's microwave Jasmine rice, tomato sauce, and spices. I ate about 1-1 1/2 cup of it for dinner last night and about a cup of it for lunch today. It there a way to enter the recipe somewhere and get the calories all together instead of entering each thing separately?
