The past several days I have not been able to find time to exercise. I was really surprised when I stepped on the scales yesterday (Friday) and 2 more pounds were gone. With all of the holiday preparations I just haven't done my walking like I should. I haven't been sitting on the couch like a slug though, but still feel guilty I haven't walked.
Anyone else having trouble finding the time to exercise lately?
We are having our big family gathering at our house tomorrow (Sunday) then a smaller one on Christmas Day so the day after Christmas I am getting back to exercising!!
