Also, when do you eat in relation to exercising? If I try to exercise on an empty stomach, I feel like I have to go easy or I'll throw up - others have the opposite issue if they eat within a couple hours before exercising.
Listen to your body. Exercising to the point of nausea is not a good idea.
Do something everyday that your future self will thank you for.
You should scale it back from the start. There's really no point in working out till you feel sick at all.
Bring it back, do it at a high enough intensity that you are "working hard", but not THAT hard. :)

I seem to be hitting my maximum capacity when I do high intensity dvd's really fast. About 10-15 mins into the workout I feel like I am going to throw up. I stop the workout and wait for the nausea to subside and catch my breath and then I continue at a modified pace for the rest of the workout.
I am mixing the workouts up so I do easier workouts on alternate days and these harder workouts two to three times a week.
How often should I be doing the HIIT workouts if I am hitting my maximum so fast? Should i be waiting until I am in better shape?
