Well, I started on January first. Because of my overactive pancreas, carbs are NOT good for me. So, I've been making a concerted effort to cut those back to 75-100 per day. I am staying with my folks right now while I look for a new job, so I can't exercise with them here all the time (retired). They are carb-a-holics! lol. But with a few heated discussions and sticking to my guns, I hit losing 10 lbs this morning. I was hoping to get that 10 down in January, but it only took 1 more week, so that's okay! I just had to share. Thanks, all!
