Sorry you have hit a rough patch. So often we go along doing fine and then something or someone or - for me at least - nothing I can pinpoint - I just don't feel so good or so motiv ated, or ener getic. It just is a part of the cycle of life. On days like that I tend to curl up with a book and wait it out for a day or two - if that isn't possible, then I just go through the motions and sure enough if I con tinue eating well doing my ex er cise routines, and take time to express in writing or in pra yer my gratitude and list the things I am grateful for - it usually speeds up the process.
