Congratulations - that is a great milestone! Yes, the weight loss will slow down as you go along.... but the great thing is that every ounce you lose is a step closer to a healthier you. And you get to look better every day, too! You might not see it, but others will, and you will begin to get those comments... like, "gee you look nice" and "OMG, have you lost weight!!" So smile at the strong woman in the mirror! She can do anything!!!
Congrats.... Keep up the hard work. You are doing terrific.

I am very excited and proud of myself. After 2 months of very hard work and big lifestyle changes at my weigh in today I broke the 350 mark at 349 even. I still have a very long way to go and know that the weight loss will slow the closer to my goal that I get but, for today, what a boost I felt today having broken that mark. I'm now down 31 pounds!
