Hi Zepp! I found the below website which may help you. I'm not a dietician so it's important to make sure you work with one to ensure you are eating what is best for you, but this list included the things you said you could eat so I thought it may help. Good luck!
Breads & Cereals - Any pure unbleached grain or flour, Any plain fresh bread, buns, biscuits, pizza dough with allowed ingredients, Homemade or purchased baked cookies, pies etc made with allowed ingredients
Breakfast cereals made with allowed foods, including: All plain grains, Plain oats and oatmeal, Plain cream of wheat, Puffed rice and wheat, Plain crackers with allowed ingredients: Grissol Melba toast, RyVita Rye Krisp, Wasa light or golden crackers
Veggies- All pure fresh and frozen vegetables and juices except Eggplant, Pumpkin, Sauerkraut, Spinach, Tomato and all tomato products, All vegetables prepared with restricted ingredients
Fruits - Apple, Banana, Cantaloupe (rock melon), Figs, Grapefruit, Grapes, Honeydew, Kiwi, Lemon, Lime, Mango, Pear, Rhubarb, Watermelon, Fruit dishes made with allowed ingredients
Meat, Poultry & Fish - All pure, freshly cooked meat or poultry
Eggs - All plain, cooked egg
Legumes - All plain legumes except soy beans, red beans. Pure peanut butter ok.
Nuts & Seeds - All plain nuts and seeds
Fats & Oils - Pure butter, Pure vegetable oil, Homemade salad dressings with allowed ingredients, Lard and meat drippings, Homemade gravies

Hi Everyone! After years of digestive problems and months of unexplained unstoppable itchiness, I have diagnosed with histamine intolerance. Hopefully following the special diet will have a big impact... for the first time in ages my mouth and inner ear have not been itchy today, and I've only take one anti-histamine, very exciting!!
The biggest impact this diet has had on me so far is the rule about no leftovers, no prepackaged foods, etc.
So far really all I've been eating is rice, frozen peas, apples, fresh brocoli, and fresh bread. Not very exciting, but uncomplicated. Does anyone else have this and have quick/easy recipies with no-histamine foods, or know where to find them? Since I just started treatment even low-histamine foods are off limits for me.
