I have not used either but do own Hip Hop Abs. I know people who have done both and had great results. But like the pp said, what you eat is going to play a big role in your weight loss results. I have read that 80% of weight loss is done in the kitchen while 20% is done through exercise.

I've used Hip Hop Absas one of my exercise DVD's for a couple of years ... and like it. But exercise is not the key factor in weight loss -- dietary intake is. I have had good results over all, but that's because I have significantly changed my diet. (I eat low to moderate carb.) The exercise has helped to burn a few calories and I have certainly become stronger and more fit. But you probably won't see dramatic results with any DVD set unless you combine it with a healthy eating plan.

Has anyone every tried Hip Hop Abs or Rockin Body? If so did you get good results and how long was it before you saw results?
