I've used Hip Hop Absas one of my exercise DVD's for a couple of years ... and like it. But exercise is not the key factor in weight loss -- dietary intake is. I have had good results over all, but that's because I have significantly changed my diet. (I eat low to moderate carb.) The exercise has helped to burn a few calories and I have certainly become stronger and more fit. But you probably won't see dramatic results with any DVD set unless you combine it with a healthy eating plan.
