Hi! emoticon to SP! This really is a great site... lots of resources to help you reach your goal and loads of wonderful people ready to support you!

You're already off to a good start! You've designed you home page, and joined a few teams. Posting on the message boards of your teams is a great way to meet people and make friends. Personally, I find that my Spark friends are my biggest motivation!

Two really important things that will help you are to track your food every day, and to commit to at least 15 minutes of exercise daily... you can increase that when you're ready.

Hello. I just joined Sparkpeople and I'm hoping to get the support and motivation I've been looking for and help others in return. I'm a mommy on a mission and ready to make a life change. Very excited to see how the next few months go. :)
