For each individual this number will be different. Your metabolic rate, age, weight, activity level, and body composition will all factor into what your weight loss caloric intake should be. Also, your rate of weight loss will affect how large of a deficit you have and therefore affect how much you can eat and lose weight at the desired rate.

Regaining my pre-wedding body! Running, lifting, clean eating, lots of water and patience. Those are the tools that I will use to get there.

How do you figure out or know the maximum number of calories you should have in a day to lose weight?
