Most protein shakes with little to no carbs has about 25 grams protein for approx. 120 calories. I drink whey during the day, and casein before night (research shows it might help muscle recovery and boost metabolism while sleeping, since it breaks down slowly). For the record I just bought Dymatize Cinnamon Bun casein powder, and it tastes amazing! It's like having a treat before bed.

A grilled chicken salad or grilled chicken and veg (I usually do broccoli and mushrooms). A white fish and veg would be low on cals and high in protein.
I make a frittata that usually runs around 250 cals and has about 30g of protein. I have a few variations of this recipe using different meats (chicken, salmon, ham) and different veg (you can cut out the sweet potato if you want to save on cals/carbs and add whatever veg you have on hand) but here is the basic recipe:
