Just wanted to say hi.
I joined this site because I have 2 addictions that I am in recovery for and seems to have kicked in my craving for food.(so I guess now Im up to 3) Im trying to catch this before it gets totally out of hand. I have 20lbs to lose-probably dosen't sound like alot to most however for me it is a challenge to never drink alcohol, never smoke a cigarette, and try to lose 20 lbs. I was athletic as a kid-played field hockey,lacrosse,basketball,track,swimming-
I struggled with food then but was able to somehow keep my weight within 5 lbs with all the sports. I have been pathetically out of shape for many years. Its time to get off my bottom and make some more changes.
