I am fairly new to this program, I've been trying to follow a good balanced diet for about a month now. I am loosing but oh soooo slowly. I was disappointed at first, but now I am happy to be loosing. (I will , I will , keep on) is my motto. I look at food a little differently, and think do I really want this? I am real big at praising myself.
