Happy Sunday everyone! I'm a wife and mother working on becoming a healthier version of me. I have a tendency towards all or nothing thinking and then stopping altogether. So I'm really trying to set small goals and think lifetime health not just short term diet.

If I stop now, I'll be back to where I was before, wishing I was where I am now!
