Welcome to Sparks People.
You may want to start by following the "Getting Started Guide" that will walk you through setting up your sparks page and setting goals and joining teams, etc.

One of the Quick Start challenges might help you get back into the flow of exercising and encourage you to push the comfort zone in that area.

Hi, I'm a 23 yr old female wanting to lose 33 lbs! My weight has fluctuated often in my life. When I was younger I use to be around 170, then I went on a diet and lost almost 40 pounds. However I gained it back (and then some) to around 190 lbs. I decided enough was enough with the yo-yo dieting and went on to have a balanced healthy lifestyle. Now I'm at 158 and pretty happy but I want to keep going. Lately my motivation to exercise has been pretty low so I'm hoping that being a part of this team and sharing my experience with you all will help me to continue working out.
