I love this sparkpeople site! It has everything in one place - nutrition, water, fitness, blood glucose figures, etc. I especially like that it not only says exercise for 15 minutes, but actually provides exercise videos. I have no excuse!

Hi my name is Louise,

I have joined spark people to help support me in my quest to lose weight and get fit. I'm still trying to navigate my way round the site and see what is best for me, which seems to be taking me ages... The best things I have found at the moment is mapping my routes when I walk, knowing exactly how many miles and calories burned is proving to be a good motivator for me, also the food tracking is a good motivator when you see there is still room at the end of the day to have a snack (what a bonus)...which is normally a piece of fruit I might add...

I'm looking forward to taking this journey in my life with the help and support of this web site...Good wishes to you all..
