Hi! Definitely start with small steps, build your healthy habits gradually. You will be more likely to stick with one or two small things, than if you were to try taking on 19 new habits at once!

Welcome! Best of luck! The best advice I can give is get a plan together and work your plan. That means a plan of what to eat and a plan for fitness. Work your plans like a job and keep going. You will fall and struggle. Just pick yourself up and never look back. Keep moving forward. The rewards are so WORTH it! This is not an easy journey, but repeat to yourself never give up!

My advice would be to start with small steps that are achievable such as drinking 8 glasses of water per day, then after that becomes habit move on to the 10,000 steps a day

My advise? Never quit. Keep trying, keep changing, if you fall or get off your plan, figure out what went wrong and try something different ---- but never give up!!!
