I quit smoking 6 years ago as of Jan. 5th. I read "The Easy Way to Quit Smoking" by Alan Carr and it seemed to help. I highly recommend it.

You will never regret quitting smoking!

Take it from someone who has fought and won the same battle. Before you know it, you will be 2 weeks, one month, 3 months, etc. I don't think about cigarettes anymore and you will get to the same place also. Keep up the good work!

Good for you! It's one of the (if not THE) hardest habits to break but the benefits will be so worth it - hang in there, you can do it! emoticon

Congratulations! Don't "hope" - say "I know I can keep it up!" Our minds are powerful motivators - program yours to succeed. Good luck!
