Hey- I'm new too. I'm trying my best to be better at responding and being active within a community, so I thought I would introduce myself to some other newbies- I have a lot to go and I hope to actually stick with it this time. The best way I can think of to do that is get as involved as possible.

I'm new to sparks and a little bit overloaded with information! Lol. I love the site already. Some of my goals are to lose weight, tone up, eat healthier, sleep better and hopefully meet some new friends!
