Weight loss is accomplished with the mind.

A person who wants something WILL find a way....a person who doesn't will find an excuse.

Which do you prefer?
The pain of self discipline?....or...the pain of self regret?

I know that SparkPeople has been the only thing that has worked for me, and BOY did it work! I never thought I would have the kind of life that I have now when I started, but glad that I followed through, because I feel like I'm living a dream.

I wish you the best in your quest for a healthy life!

emoticon emoticon emoticon ANY time is a great time to start...especially with Sparkpeople. Give yourself a big hug for making this positive choice for yourself. Take your time to explore all the resources available for you here. It can seem overwhelming because there are so many resources to choose from. Two to consider using are the Nutrition and Fitness Trackers. Also, check out Spark Teams under the COMMUNITY Tab. Do searches on your goals, interests, hobbies, whatever. Then join one, two or more Spark teams. You'll enjoy getting to know these folks and giving and getting lots of encouragement along the way. It's all good. Enjoy the journey!

I have been struggling with losing weight for over 5years. I lose a bit and then gain it right back. This time around I plan to be consistent and I wont stop until I reach my target weight.
