I was looking at the steps of calorie calculation. I see number 7 step for -500 deifect then step 8- explain about the range of calories. Does step 8 includes exercise burned calories or not? I'm trying so hard to understand. Thanks again and sorry or the posts.

Is it before exercise calories burn or after? I'm confused about how much do I need to eat and how to figure out to eat on my fitness days?

Hi. I'm new here. I'm trying to lose weight. I see my caloric intake between 1700-2100 a day. I'm 5'4" and 280lbs. Why is it so high? It didn't ask me for my daily activity level. I'm confused.
