Thanks for that info. My anxoety doesn't cause me to be jittery, rather I have an anxiety disorder... More like a panic disorder. Coffee, in the past, has not offered me any benefits as far as keeping thoise attacks away. Currently, I haven't had an issue since I gave up coffee and green tea completely.

I've never heard that about decaffeinated coffee.

I haven't really found that a single cup of something caffeinated affects my anxiety at all. It's more a problem when I have a couple of cups of coffee; just one isn't really enough to get me jittery or affect me at all.

If you're really worried about it, try herbal teas. Chamomile certainly shouldn't make you anxious!

Hi. I would like to have a cup of coffee from time to time. I have heard that decaffeinated is just as bad as caffeine for those with anxiety. Also, any ideas on what kinds of tea to sip on? thanks.
