I'm a first-timer, new to SparkPeople. Still unfamiliar with how this all works, but trying to learn. Briefly, I am 55, extremely overweight. Menopause has hit hard & I can't seem to get control. I have a wonderful, supportive family but they just don't get the particulars of the weight issue, etc. PS The only reason I singled out MARILYNS65 is that I am a Christian woman & when reading some of the posts, I caught her message quoting Psalm 94:17-19, which was helpful, by the way. Marilyn, if you are reading this, I would love to know which team you are part of, so I could perhaps join!
