So glad you've joined us! May I suggest that you join a team or two of folks with similar interests? That usually helps me to keep myself motivated. Set some short and long term goals. Then, set about to accomplish them. Post how you are doing on your teams. In no time, you'll be invested in yourself!!

Don't quit. You can do it. I read "WHEAT BELLY" by William Davis MD and quit eating all grain products and feel SO much better. I have "gout" and if I eat pasta I have a horrible flair-up. So, no more for me.

Hey everyone, the just of why I am here. At my highest point, I weighed 278 pounds, went gluten free (doc's orders) and I now weigh 243 pounds... At a plateau as they call it, however health issues still not done...I'm here to Eat healthy, to get healthy, so I can get back to work...
