This is my umpteenth time to work on getting into better health. I am 48 and would really love to see a very healthy 50 as a gift to myself. I am prior military so have been in shape before but cannot really say that my eating habits were ever HEALTHY. Did without it order to make the grade kind of thing. My husband has many health issues so eating better is important for both of us. My daughter has developed a weight issue in her adult years and I would like to set a better example for her as well.
