I just was watching a woman on YouTube who has had a couple of hundred videos on how she lost about 120#, but she hasn't been on there for about 10 months. Today she made a video saying she's regained about 35# since she hadn't weighed in all that time. So, it is important to stay with it.

I have about the same amount of weight to lose. Maybe we can cheer each other on! By the way I was born in Dec 1954.

I'm new to this group and have 85 lbs. to lose. I am excited to be on here and meet new people my age. Oh by the way I was born in 1955. emoticon
