Hi and welcome back to Spark!! I love cucumbers lightly dipped in sour cream with a bit of salt and pepper and have been eating canned chicken with lemon pepper seasoning. It's yummy!!

The vinaigrette sounds yummy!

Best of luck getting back to where you were. I am sure you can do it. One thing I have been eating that I love is my "summer" salad... I mix in chicken, strawberries, walnuts, spinach leaves and cucumber and add a light raspberry vinagarette dressing. It's meets all of my protein and veggie needs, plus is tastes awesome and it fits right in with summer!! Water, water, water! Drink plenty of it. I love egg white veggie omelettes in the a.m. Gives me lots of energy, fills me up, but it's so healthy. :) Good luck to you!!!

Hi, I am back to Sparkpeople after a break. I was in great shape and my fitness level was good and then I went back to work and in a year it has been disastrous. Glad to be back, would love a page about what other people are eating for ideas. Any suggestions?
