Hello all! Im new to this site and im really hoping it will help me to reach my weight loss goals. I am having such a hard time with my 7 month old baby girl to find the time to workout like i should.. and my biggest downfall is bad carbs and sugar and binging at night!!! HELP LOL I need all the support i can get!
