Hi Ali, I'll gladly be a diet partner with you. Our strategies are much alike. I am sitting right at 200 lbs and so that I wouldn't feel like I had an impossilbe goal I set mine at 160 pounds. And I'm a newb around here. Love the site and just getting to know it. Feel free to PM me anytime and good luck.

Hi, I'm Ali and a little under 12 months ago I started on a program to lose at least 5kg by the time I turned 50 in Feb 14'.
Well I did manage to lose 6kg by that time and it took me about 4 months. However, I put it all back on in 3 months. Shattered would be the understatement. Now that I am menopausal it's soooo much harder to lose it. I'm also nearly finished my personal trainer course and certainly don't feel like a very good role model.
Anyway, the only way is to get out there and do it, so I'd love some support and help from other like minded people to help me to achieve my goal of getting back to 85kg and further. Thanks.
