Welcome Back!

I too am on this weight loss journey. I started at 301 last year & currently 245. If you can commit to change even when you fall off you get right back on. I came back to the site a month ago. I'm not new to exercise. I've lost almost 23lbs in the last year or so. I really like the site here, but I hope I don't get to where I'm focusing so much on the points (again).

I live just outside of Atlanta, GA. I'm a 33 year old mom to an awesome little almost 8yo. I'd like to get some friends that will help me in the motivation department and help me break through this plateau I seem to have been in for a few months.

Any takers?
