Take your time to explore all the resources available for you here. It can seem overwhelming because there are so many resources to choose from. Two to consider using are the Nutrition and Fitness Trackers. Also, check out Spark Teams under the COMMUNITY Tab. Do searches on your goals, interests, hobbies, whatever. Then join one, two or more Spark teams. You'll enjoy getting to know these folks and giving and getting lots of encouragement along the way. It's all good. Enjoy the journey!

I recently read a blog about wt loss on Huffingtonpost and this website was mentioned. I have been having a hard time losing some wt around my abdomen. It has really been bothering me for the last year.
I am going to an out door music festival in June, where I will basically be in a bathing suit the whole time.
