Well, I don't know what your diet or exercise looks like so I couldn't compare it to my experience, but I do know that I had the most success after I started joining challenges.

Have you tried tracking your food intake to see if you are staying within your calorie range? As strange as it may sound, going under calories can be just as bad as going over calories when you are trying to lose weight. (And when I first started tracking, I was surprised that even though I was eating healthily, I was going over range nearly everyday.)

Hi im new to SP and im trying to drop 25ibs. I just had my 3rd kid just over a year ago and im trying to drop the weight. I currently have a gym membership and workout 3x a week at the gym and the rest of the days at home. I have no idea what im doing wrong but i only dropped 5 pounds and we've been going to the gym for months now. Honestly im about to give up. Im suppose to get in a brides maid dress in Oct but Im not comfortable. I would like to know what im doing wrong, why isnt the pounds coming off???
