I don't even know how I came across this, but thought I would give it a try. I just started my weight loss journey this week. I am currently at 185 lbs and I finding it really hard to control my eating. I've had very bad eating habits my whole life but have never really been over weight until after I had my daughter. Five years later and I am now way bigger than i was while pregnant with her. I'm an emotional eater, I eat if I'm bored, sad, angry, or stressed. I find it hard to eat healthy and to cook healthy meals. I hope this can be a lot of help, since I know there are a lot of people here who are also struggling with weight issues.
