emoticon Trublu! This is a great spot. Come often, get involved, explore! Don't get overwhelmed and focus on tracking food and exercise at first. Ask questions when you have them, come here on the boards when impending disaster is about to strike (if it does. I haven't had that).

I am a stay at home mom of two boys and have decided to make 2013 the year that I get fit. I am excited, and a little apprehensive, but im confident that I will get there. Good luck and best wishes to each of you:)
