Ah, maybe change up your workout? I think it's tough, I was an athlete in high school and a little in college, so I don't suspect I will ever get to the same weight again. Just want to get close!

I've been eating right & exercising but I'm still@140 pounds, when I was 2I weighed 120... Is this normal? Seems like you're on the right track-any suggestions for me? Much appreciation

Hi! I've joined Spark a while ago, but kept losing track of myself...on and off for over a year. I have a good amount of weight to lose and could use some motivation!

I recently attended my sister's wedding and am disappointed in the way I look/felt in pictures. So I am newly motivated again!
