Welcome back! Too bad about the diagnosis, but also it's probably a good thing in the long run, so you can take care of yourself better. I've been using the pre-diabetic menu plans on Spark and I find the suggestions really helpful, except they are a bit heavy on cheese & milk which I can't do really anymore.

Welcome back. Sorry to hear about the diabetes. Funny how a diagnosis like that tends to up our motivation. I hope you were able to see a dietician and a diabetes educator as they can be very helpful when it comes to planning a healthy diet.

I went away for a long time, just gave up. I couldn't see hardly any progress so I just threw up my hands. I now have a renewed attitude. I am officially a diabetic and need to find some good options for meal plans. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I hope all of you are doing well......I've missed you.
