Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.
It is never too late to be what you might have been.

I want to congratulate you on making this journey. I began my own journey a few years ago and though my pace has been slow I have lost over 100 pounds! You can have success too!

Hi I'm another new SparkPeople user, hoping this program will help me get back to a healthy weight, and feel good running again. I have a goal to run/walk a 50K in the fall and feel like my weight is holding back my training.
