This is the third and hopefully last time I start SparkPeople. I have tried a couple times before but was not motivated enough to stick with it. Now due to raising insurance costs at work, our company has started a wellness program that will reduce our costs if we participate. After seeing my BMI, I realized I needed to do it for myself as well as to reduce my insurance premium. This is the second week of participating in kickboxing and yoga, last night being my second class for kickboxing. I felt much better this morning when I got up then last week.
Right now I only have four friends on Sparks and would love to make more. Need to surround myself with people to help keep me motivated. Thanks!!
