Hi, April! There is a lot of support here. Check out some teams for those with common interests. It is so much more fun with people that you can relate to. Like walking and want someone local? Look under the geographical groups. Like reading? A newlywed? 20-something? There are groups for all of these things. Have 100# to lose? Have a special even coming up? Like doing a particular exercise (or none!)? There are teams for all of this and more! Check under "community" above. Enjoy!

Hello and Welcome! You will find lots of support here. Members are really helpful and so supportive. Using the Fitness and Nutrition Trackers as well as being active on your Spark Teams is a great way to stay motivated and accountable. Plus, it's a really good way to make new Spark Friends.

Im a 26 yr old women who is here for some help. I have been trying to lose weight for years but have no chance in succeeding without the support. That has been my problem and my husband yeah not alot of help.
