back in a way.. I too do the same thing .. joined in 2011 and in March 2013 came back and have been finding my way !!! You CAN DO THIS !! Explore the site. .take your time .. incorporate a few things a week.. Set your goals.. make them doable .. Soon you will be on the road to success whatever that is for you .

I sat next to someone on a plane and he told me all about Spark People. That was 3 years ago I signed up but did nothing but read articles every day. Now with lots to lose weight wise, I am trying to engage in all of the activities, logging my food, water and veggies.
So far 1 day down. So good it is better to interact with the site rather than passively read through. I need it! very much!
