My name is. Jessie (female) I recently turned 34. I eat vegetarian/mostly vegan. I have a few medical issues that have set me back from being in better shape and I really want to try to get back on track. I just want to try to have more energy, strength and feel better. I'm about ten pound heavier than I'd like to be, but I'd be okay with that weight if I were stronger. I live in canada and I have a very supportive wife. I'm just looking for some online support. :-)
