Hello my name is Andi. I am a 45 yr old mom of 3, a Navy veteran, and the wife of an Active duty Navy Chief. I have been diagnosed with Hoshimoto's thyroid disease, and am struggling to lose weight and keep it off. I currently joined a challenge groups with friends and am doin the T-25 work out with them. We started 1/13/14, and in week one I have lost 4 lbs and inches everywhere. I am looking forward to the advice and help and support this site can give.
