Welcome back. I am sort of in the same boat you are. I was 250 and lost 43 pounds. I was working hard to lose weight. Then I messed up the Achilles tendon on both heals. now I am about 235lbs. I have a lot of medical stuff going on with me right now as well some of which include PCOS, and having multiple biopsies to rule out cancer. Keep your head high and push yourself only as far as you can physically go. its better to go slow then to lose quickly and hurt yourself. We are all here to offer help!

Had done Spark in the past and achieved my ideal weight. Then I had ACL surgery (2009) followed by meniscus repair (Nov 2012) and gained very quickly. I want to lose weight mainly because my PT and surgeon said if I want to go back to tennis/running it would be much better if I lost weight. Also I have to unbuckle my suit pants when driving home from work. Refuse to buy new stuff. Recovering from knee surgery makes it difficult to exercise, which is annoying.
