Welcome back. I am sort of in the same boat you are. I was 250 and lost 43 pounds. I was working hard to lose weight. Then I messed up the Achilles tendon on both heals. now I am about 235lbs. I have a lot of medical stuff going on with me right now as well some of which include PCOS, and having multiple biopsies to rule out cancer. Keep your head high and push yourself only as far as you can physically go. its better to go slow then to lose quickly and hurt yourself. We are all here to offer help!
