hi!! thanks for reply! I had my surgery 3-25-13. my heaviest was 550 lbs. I have lost 110 lbs but I am hoping for more. I am trying to have a healthy lifestyle. I am diabetic and hope my numbers continue to lower. I haven't really exercised because of my weight. I have been looking at chair exercises. what kind of exercises did you do? I hope I am as successful as you are!!

I have already lost 110 lbs so I guess I have lost one person and have two to go. I am really going around the site. There is so much to take in! But it makes me positive that I can stay in control. hi i have had gastric bypass in dec.9 2013 but was working with a bariatric team since feb. 2013 my highest weight was 281 lbs if you need to talk i am here

I have been a member for three days now. I love it!! I am diabetic and have neuropathy. I have a wheel chair and a walker. I have had bariatric surgery and have a lot of weight to lose. but I need the support to keep on target. I am going to start chair exercises and try to complete it daily. it may not be a lot but it is kind of overwhelming. I am going to be positive so I can stay on track. Is there anyone out there who had bariatric surgery?
