One thing I might suggest, is at 4pm when you have your dinner, why not make it a snack instead to hold you over till you eat with your family later? It can be a protein snack that'll keep you full. Just something to consider.

Hi, I have broken down and decided to try this being as it is working great for my neighbor. I have a problem with cooking for my family (my son has gluten, milk allergies. I have the inability to eat any kind of onion, garlic, green pepper, or other strong spices. My FAVORITE thing to eat is chicken, which my son refuses to eat. I am very active, walk about 5 miles a day, and I work on my feet for 6 hours a day. The problem is I work as a cook, so I get the benefit of eating the majority of the time. I try to eat breakfast before work, then eat "lunch" at 10:30 a.m. so I am ready for supper at 4. Then my family comes home to eat between 6 - 7 and I end up eating at that time as well. Then after cleaning the kitchen, I am done and go to sleep, only to wake up and repeat the same thing. On weekends, I eat at the "correct" times. Thanks!
