Congrats on the weight loss with a cast on! I am impressed. I like your horse. Looks l a lot like my mare. I am just starting on this journey today. I am going to keep telling myself to keep going because you didn't wait until your cast was off and your getting it done. Thanks for sharing.

Well I did it...I said I was going to embrace this life style change and I have. I have lost 15 pounds since 5/28 and that's with a cast on my leg. I broke a bone in m ankle the week I started. I have one or two more weeks hopefully and then I can at least start walking. But I didn't let that detour me and I'm kind of proud of that :)
