Don't give up. It is a lot of hard work. I have just started today and I am excited yet nervous. My goal is to use my eliptical a few times a week and simply watch what I eat. What I am finding difficult is all the "little" calories that I don't usually think of. Like - butter in the frying pan, or milk in my coffee. It is difficult eating healthy and time consuming. Please don't give up. It will all be worth in. We all have plateaus (sp). Slow and steady wins the race. Best of luck to you.
