Welcome! Believe weights are best used after walking as you finish stretching, etc...

Hi.....I use the hand weights when I work out and they make a huge difference for me, but I'm not sure if they would benefit you with walking......I do alot of punch, kicking and such with my Turbo Jam workouts.

Good Morning everyone,
Does anyone out there use weights when walking I have never used them for walking but would like to try the 1 pound ones , Would the wrist ones be better then the hand held ones I walk about 5 k a day ?
