Feel free to add my on FB for support there as well. I have a lot of friends on FB that are from Spark. We help hold eachother accountable on there as well (which helps bc I'm on FB a lot). You can find my weight loss journey on FB. It provides a lot of support, motivation, diet and exercise tips etc!

Do take time to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined - lots of encouragement there.

I'm Stephanie and I am a foodaholic. I think overeating is the worst addiction there is. With other addictions the answer is to give the substance up completely. But we still have to eat. I have every kind of craving there is, sweet, sour, salty.....for specific and nonspecific things...I have to learn to control my eating and I need to be more active. I didn't get very far the first time I was on Spark People, so this time I will take it one day at a time and it will be different!
