So glad you have a spark page, it really helps with communication between members. Getting active with your spark class team, ( the date you joined) and other teams are also helpful. Glad I found Sparkpeople and am ready to make some progress in losing weight and getting strong again.
Have daughter and grandkids living with us for 3 years while daughter finishes RN degree. I am eating all the snacks for the kids!!!!!!
